This property will flood when the St. Francis River gets up, offering good green timber duck hunting. There are a couple of holes in the woods with duck blinds in them. A road/boat run has been cleared to get to the blinds. There is also a small field on the south end of the property that holds a lot of ducks. There are great whitetail hunting opportunities on the property in addition to the duck hunting. There are big deer on this place, as evidenced by the sign you'll see when you come visit. These deer have virtually not been hunted. Most of the activity on the property has been duck hunting. The timber value is good.
